Captiv8 announced today that it has raised $two million in seed funding.
Developed by the founders of cellular advertisement exchange Moblix, Captiv8 is a single of a selection of companies connecting entrepreneurs with influencers on social platforms like Instagram and Twitter.
Nonetheless, the startup states it utilizes a technological know-how- and data-pushed approach, inspecting things like geography and demographics to forecast which influencers could make a huge impression for a specified brand. In the funding release, Captiv8 co-founder Krishna Subramanian explained this as applying “predictive data to drive authentic brand engagement.”
Makes applying Captiv8 consist of Johnson&Johnson, Microsoft and Amazon. And Captiv8 states it is doing the job with far more than one hundred twenty five,000 influencers, these as Zach King, Casey Neistat (who’s coming to Disrupt!) and iJustine.
Traders in the seed round include Social Cash, United Talent Company, Subtraction Cash, Liquid two Ventures, Social Starts, Lone Wolf and Jason Calacanis’ Start Fund.
